During the Order Process

Do you offer secure online ordering?
We use the National Australia Bank for our online order processing and this is backed with secure 1256 bit security.  At no time does have your private banking information or credit card details – all financial details are securely processed by the National Australia Bank, or Paypal, depending on which ordering option you choose.

Do I need to submit my personal information?
No, we only need your chosen delivery address.  We do not store, file, or sell your delivery address information.

Do I get a Australian Tax Office Approved Tax Invoice?
Yes, your confirmation of order is an Official Tax Invoice.  Please keep this for your own records as appropriate.

After Sales Customer Service

Can I track my order?
Yes, we provide you with the tracking details of the courier delivery so you will be able to track your own delivery by entering the unique tracking ID into the fastway tracking engine.  Once you have your tracking ID, you can enter your ID on the Fastway website to track your delivery.

Do you keep my email address?
We do not keep your email address, or share it or sell it to third parties.  Twice per year, we may send you a blog update or latest news release with valued customer offers.  If you do not wish to receive these offers, you can unsubscribe.

1. How much fruit is in the fruit hamper?

You can see for yourself in our images how much fruit is in a fruit hamper – we have tried to be as accurate as possible and honestly show you exactly what you get when you place your order.  But just to make sure we have produced this video .

Please remember fresh fruit is first and foremost a seasonal commodity, so as the seasons change and fruit availability changes, so too does the make up of the fruit hampers.

As a rule, we aim for one large whole fruit piece, a pineapple or rockmelon, a few bananas, a few apples, a few oranges, some kiwifruit, grapes, stonefruit – peaches, nectarines, an avocado, a mango, punnet of berries and more depending on seasonal availability.

This means at the end of summer you will get the greatest variety, whilst in the depths of winter you will appreciate the amazing variety of out of season fruit we are able to source.  It’s part of what we do at

2. Which Sydney suburbs do you deliver to?

We deliver all across Sydney, so you order is definitely overnight delivery.

We deliver so many fruit baskets that we are simply unable to make it across all suburbs for same day delivery.

Please place you order as early as possible on the day as this gives us the best time frames to produce your fruit   hamper as well as allowing the courier service some wriggle room to do their job properly.

We also deliver to Wollongong and Central Coast and Newcastle, so you can spread your wings a little.

3. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is FREE, as we have included delivery in the cost of the fruit basket.  You can expect fantastic customer service from Fastway couriers, who go oout of their way to ensure your fruit basket is delivered to the right person, right on time.

4. Can I customize my order?

Yes, since we make each order as you place it, we can confidently offer a handmade customized order for you.
Here’s how it works – as an example we have offered a range of packages to upgrade your Fruit Basket – so you can add a Gourmet package, or a Wine Lovers package or the Craft Beer package, and we will add this pack to your fruit hamper.  This way you will be customizing your order.

As far as customizing your order with, for example, just a Fruit basket full of mangoes, sure, we can do that too, although we offer pricing on an individual basis.  So when you need a particular request, run it by us for a quotation, we’ve probably done it before and know just the right way to present what you have in mind.

5. Do you send a tax invoice?
